아침 = breakfast
맛있는 = tasty / delicious
먹어요 = eat
드세요 = eat (formal)
하세요  = have (formal)

How do we say "are you eating well?" and "don't skip your meals" in hangul?

Are you eating well? - 잘 먹고있어요?
Don't skip your meals - 밥 잘 챙겨 먹어요

Both are in formal sentence :D
